ADULT VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

The Adult Application process at Rock Point Church is designed for us get to know our volunteers and their spiritual journey. All individuals who have never completed an Adult Volunteer Application are required to complete one to serve in this ministry.

Public worship is an important component of your overall faith journey. As a volunteer at Rock Point, you will be expected to consistently participate in one of our weekly worship services. Please indicate your commitment to regularly worship with the Body of Christ at Rock Point Church:

APPLICANT'S STATEMENT

The information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation of information may be cause for rejection of this application and may lead to my inability to serve or volunteer at Rock Point Church until the matter can be resolved. 

Should my application be accepted, I agree to abide by the policies, procedures, and Statement of Beliefs, and to refrain from unbiblical conduct in the performance of my service on behalf of the church.

As a volunteer at Rock Point Church, I am acknowledging my desire to learn and be equipped to live according to biblical principles as applied at this church. I further understand that both parties (applicant and Rock Point representatives) are committing to my spiritual journey, whereby, I can have a fully engaged relationship with Jesus Christ.
